Yes. Transferred Green Rooms and albums stay usable on Free. The complete package must fit your available storage, and new uploads follow Free limits. Existing files are preserved, including deliverables above the Free cap. Creating new Green Rooms or releases, uploading new release-level deliverables, and other Pro features still require Pro. Accepting a transfer never starts a paid subscription.
